John Long and Marshall Tucker are nationally certified professional coaches, career strategists, and positive psychology practitioners. John and Marshall embrace the title of career transition survivor, having chosen coaching as their second act and true calling. Their humanistic approach to coaching blends elements of positive psychology and solution-focused change.
John opened Two Roads Resources, Inc. in 2005 and considers it a tremendous vote of confidence to have previous clients refer their family, friends, and peers for coaching services. For maximum flexibility, all our services are provided virtually via Zoom video sessions nationwide.

This support offers a unique blend of both life and career coaching. Are you a college/university student in search of greater clarity surrounding a college major that will lead to a career path? Are you an adult looking to return to college to complete an undergraduate degree or pursue graduate study? Our coaches have extensive experience with high school, undergraduate and graduate students - as coaches, university instructors and leading courses in Freshman Success/First Year Studies. ***Start with an initial 60 minute coaching session and you and your coach can decide on an academic coaching package that will fit your needs [$165 per 60 minute session and a 10% discount on the purchase of packages of 3 or more sessions].
PEOPLE COACHING
Progressive businesses/institutions of all types are recognizing the value of coaching. They're offering professional coaching as a holistic benefit to the people in their organization. Our coaches are skilled at providing assessment, guidance and action planning focused on employee growth and development.
OUTPLACEMENT SERVICES
Our coaches lend professional support to the individual whose position has been eliminated due to an organization's reduction in force/downsizing or restructuring. Outplacement coaching packages are fully customized to the individual's needs and can be billed directly to the employer. Services are in-person at our office, unless the individual prefers phone or Zoom remote sessions.
